1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QUAICU services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

QUAICU provides Sovereign Agentic Enterprise AI solutions including ALIS OS, LEMO OS, CIRO OS, and RICO OS. These are on-premise AI systems designed for regulated institutions.

3. License Grant

Subject to these terms, QUAICU grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software and services for your institution's internal purposes.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
Sublicense or resell our services without authorization
Use our services for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data processed by our systems. QUAICU does not claim any rights to your institutional data. For on-premise deployments, all data remains within your infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

QUAICU retains all intellectual property rights in our software, documentation, and related materials. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our IP to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUAICU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your license to use our services ends, but your data remains yours.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
